To ensure the safety of our equipment and a stress-free experience for you, we handle all delivery, leveling, and setup. We deliver within a 25-mile radius (with extended mileage options available). You simply arrive and start hosting!

If your event location has a standard 120V outlet within 30 feet, we will provide the heavy-duty extension cord to plug right in. Setting up in a park, field, or parking lot without power? Just select our Off-Grid Solar Power add-on at checkout for a silent, gas-free power solution.

The trailer features an 8x12 foot interior layout. Depending on how you style the space, it comfortably accommodates a small lounge setup, 2–3 vendor stations, or up to 8 guests at a time.

Absolutely. We designed the interior to be a blank canvas for your brand or event aesthetic. We just ask that you use damage-free hanging solutions (like Command Strips or painter's tape) and avoid nails, screws, or harsh adhesives.

Your event goes on! The trailer is fully enclosed, climate-controlled, and weatherproof. In the rare event of extreme, dangerous weather that makes delivery unsafe, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy.

While pre-packaged food, beverages, and styling props are perfectly fine, the trailer is not equipped as a mobile kitchen. Active cooking, frying, or open flames (including candles) are not permitted inside the unit.
